What an exciting week for our project. Together with the SANDbrain Summer School we were able to test our skills platform prototype under real conditions. 25 students put their heads together to develop community projects for the Italian first division basketball club Dinamo Sassari, and VISKI was able to accompany them and make their skills visible.
As always with the very first testing, we were nervous if all students and also university lecturers would accept and understand VISKI - unnecessary: we received wonderful feedback! Of course, we took home many To Dos to finalise and improve VISKI, but the most important thing was: our platform is seen as a solution to a long-standing problem: how to close the gap between what I am able to do and what my credentials and certificates will show in an application. The positive feedback pushes us to keep doing and spread the word!
