OUR MISSION
Our Erasmus+ funded project, "VISKI Education" develops a tool for incentivising and visualising transversal skills, to fill the gap for easier recognition and validation of non-formal and informal learning on a national and European level.
DEALING WITH GLOBAL CHALLENGES AND A SHIFT IN SKILLS
The need for green and digital transition - e.g. moving towards a climate neutral economy, and the negative impacts of COVID-19 are a few global challenges that illustrate the crucial need for a shift in workers skills sets.
According the European Commission, this paradigm-shift in skills set is essential to: 1) strengthen sustainable competitiveness, 2) ensure social fairness, and 3) build our resilience
In its European Skills Agenda, the Commission indicates that
life-long learning must becomere reality in Europe.
As a consortium, we support the development and demonstration of skills critical to personal achievement and employability, obtained in learning moments over time, while also contributing to societal success.
